Tenants Fees

Tenant fees no longer apply save for :
Reasonable cost of replacing keys should they be lost by the tenant or failed to be returned at the end of the tenancy
Legal fees  for the recovery of any outstanding rent or the costs of removing the tenant from the property should they fail to leave after a court judgement has been made against them.
Any addendums/ alterations will be charged at £96 inclusive of VAT
Should a tenant wish to vacate with the Landlord's agreement an early a charge of £408 inclusive of VAT will be made
Late rental charge is 3% charged after 14 days 
Lost keys will be charged at reasonable costs

​Company Lets
A reference fee of £72 inclusive of VAT will be charged
An agreement fee of £360  inclusive of VAT will be charged
The costs of the inventory check out will be charged to the Company  at the prevailing cost as given by the inventory clerk as a third party
For the renewal of the Agreement a fee of £96 inclusive of VAT will be charged
Any addendums/ alternations with be charged at £96 inclusive of VAT

Brookstones Property Solutions Ltd will contact you in the initial stages, up to the commencement and during the course of your tenancy via telephone, email or letter in order to carry out the day to day running of the Tenancy Agreement.
During the course of your tenancy we will require to pass your details to the designated  Deposit Protection Company, utility companies, Managing Agents (where applicable) and on occasion, contractors to enable work to be carried out at the property.
We will also require to contact you at the end of your tenancy to finalise the deposit return. 
 
The Tenancy Agreement has to carry your personal contact information for legal purposes. A copy of which is provided to the landlord, who may require to contact you during your tenancy.
 
We will not pass on your information to a third party for any other purposes.
 
All physical records are kept on the premises under lock and key, data records are password protected and are not available to any third party other than those mentioned above.


We will keep records on file during the tenancy and beyond to fulfil our legal requirement and for the stated statutory period for legal purposes only.

The personal data we hold in relation to your tenancy is available to you via our access policy.
