Full Management 15% inclusive of VAT
Let and rent collection 12% inclusive of VAT
Let Only 9.6% inclusive of VAT
These fees are our base line figures
Landlords will be charged £54 per person per reference inc VAT
And the contract fee will now be £300 inclusive of VAT
Landlords will have to pay for the Inventory check in and check out at cost to a third party
Renewal Fee will be charged at £180 inc VAT
For Non managed properties a charge of £54 inclusive of VAT per hour will be charged to negotiate any dilapidations.
Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is charged for at £72 inclusive of 20% VAT .
For non managed or unoccupied Managed properties an Attendance Fee per visit of £60 inclusive of 20% VAT will be charged.

We will not pass your details to any third party other than for legal purposes which includes utility companies, tax, VAT and emergency services or those at your request, i.e. insurance, mortgage, accountants or possibly contractors from time to time. We do not pass on your information to a third party for any other purposes.
The Tenancy Agreement has to carry your personal contact information for legal purposes.
We will keep records on file during the tenancy and beyond to fulfil our legal requirement and for the stated statutory period for legal purposes only.
All records are kept on the premises under lock and key and are not available to any third party other than those mentioned above.
The personal data we hold in relation to your property is available to you via our access policy.
