She is well respected in the community not only for valuations and letting properties, but in helping to locate and identify potential investment opportunities for Landlords. Christina has a proven track record in enhancing clients assets by advising, arranging and dealing with contractors for refurbishment works to release the full potential of rental properties. 
Kim Herrington - Property Manager
Kim Herrington has worked in the Lettings industry since 2005, after starting her career in sales. Her strengths in administration and management of rental properties, with the associated legislation and compliance that is necessary, ensure a smooth and worry -free tenancy for Landlords and Tenants. |
